These terms describe the use of rogersvetservice.com, operated by Rogers Veterinary Service. They apply to the website, its contact forms, service-area tool, and online invoice payment feature. Separate agreements and instructions provided by the practice govern veterinary services. These website terms do not replace those agreements.
Veterinary information and emergencies
Website content is general information and is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for advice from a veterinarian who can assess your animal. Browsing this site or submitting a message does not by itself establish a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.
Do not use website forms for emergencies or urgent medical concerns. Call (541) 829-3730 for assistance. After-hours emergency services are available for existing clients, subject to availability. If you cannot reach us promptly during an emergency, contact an emergency veterinary provider.
Messages, appointments, and service availability
Submitting a contact form is a request for a response, not confirmation of an appointment or acceptance of an animal for care. An appointment is confirmed only when the practice confirms it with you. Website messages are not continuously monitored.
Provide accurate contact information and only information you are authorized to share. Service-area results and travel times are estimates. Actual availability, travel arrangements, and suitability of services must be confirmed with the practice.
Online invoice payments
The payment feature is for paying Rogers Veterinary Service invoices in U.S. dollars. Enter the correct account name and amount, check your information before submitting, and use only a payment method you are authorized to use. By submitting a payment, you authorize the amount shown to be charged to that payment method.
Stripe processes online payments. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. The current online payment range is $20.01 to $2,000 per payment. Contact the practice if your payment falls outside that range or you need help with your balance.
A payment confirmation records the payment transaction; it does not confirm an appointment or establish that all outstanding invoices have been paid. If you receive an error or are unsure whether a payment completed, check with us before submitting again to avoid a duplicate charge.
For an incorrect amount, duplicate payment, refund request, or billing dispute, contact us at (541) 829-3730 or rvs@rogersvetservice.com. Refunds and adjustments depend on the circumstances, applicable service agreements, and applicable law. These terms do not create a separate cancellation fee or refund schedule.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website to submit fraudulent payments, send spam or unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with the website, or attempt unauthorized access to its systems or information. We may restrict access to address misuse or security concerns.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how website information is handled. The website uses outside providers for functions such as payments, maps, hosting, analytics, email, and spam protection. Links to external resources are provided for convenience; those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.
Website content and availability
Website text, images, and branding belong to Rogers Veterinary Service or their respective owners. You may view and print information for personal, noncommercial reference.
